faulty keycards tired communal areas

My keycard stopped working every day. It was a real joy to visit reception repeatedly. on top of that, the pool towels cost extra!!! seriously?! the communal areas looked a bit tired too. it was like they were cutting corners at every opportunity.

excellent stay in spacious apartment

spacious apartment necessary equipment convenient location

the apartment was very spacious with all necessary equipment. the design included twin beds in a great little studio room. i enjoyed extra hot water in the bathtub and appreciated the sunny balcony in the afternoons. i found the location convenient with pingo doce just across the street.

the sauna wasn't working and the lighting in the spa area was too dark.

the hotel had a really good location near many bars and the beach. the location is walking distance to shops and other ammenities. pingo doce supermarket across the road was useful, and this added to the convenience.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. the reception area was clean and well kept. the hotel assistance manager provided early check in and late check out, this was very helpful.

I found the location very convenient to shops and the beach. The apartment layout was great for my needs. The staff was friendly and assisted with directions and information.
